When you request a quote or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, event date, guest count, and any details you share about your event. If you opt in to text message updates, we also collect your consent status for that specific purpose.
We use the information you provide to prepare and send catering quotes, coordinate event logistics, and respond to your inquiries. If you opt in to SMS updates, we use your phone number to send quote confirmations, booking/deposit confirmations, and event reminders related to your order.
If you check the box to opt in to text message updates, we will use your phone number solely to send you messages related to your catering request, quote, or booking with NaijaElite Cuisine. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself (for example, our SMS delivery provider, which is bound to use that data only to deliver the messages you've opted into). We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in status with any other party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on your active quotes/bookings. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to request a quote or work with us by phone or email.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate our business — for example, our invoicing/payment processor (to send and collect payment for a confirmed order), our delivery courier (to complete a delivery you've requested), and our website/email/SMS infrastructure providers (to operate the site and communicate with you) — solely to provide those services to you.
We retain quote and order information for as long as reasonably needed for business, accounting, and legal purposes.
You can ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, or delete your information on file by emailing [email protected]. To stop text messages specifically, reply STOP to any message we've sent you.
